Shipping policy

"Full refund" is for the price of the merchandise only, and does not include shipping.  The cost of returning items to the store for refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer; if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay for return shipping costs. There is no additional shipping fee charged when the exchanged item(s) is shipped out to the customer.

Include your name and order number in the return package, and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
